HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 19/2025 Pushpendra Kumar S/o Gopalram, R/o Panchmukhi Panditpura, Police Station Baswa, Distt. Dausa. (Presently In Sub Jail Bandikui). ----Petitioner Versus State Of Rajasthan, Through Pp ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Umesh Vyas For Respondent(s) : Mr. S.R. Dhakar, PP HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRAVEER BHATNAGAR Order 16/01/2025 1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 B.N.S.S. on behalf of the accused-petitioner. The accused-peti- tioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.133/2024 reg- istered at Police Station Baswa, District Dausa, for the offence(s) under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that the accused-petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is al- leged against the other co-accused Dimple that he sold the prop- erty to one Shakuntla Devi despite knowing the fact that property has already been sold by accused petitioner to Kamli Devi and she further sold it to Chameli Devi. It is contended that the matter is exclusively triable by Magistrate and the accused-petitioner is in custody since long, trial of the case may take considerable time, (2 of 2) [CRLMB-19/2025] therefore, the bail application of the accused petitioner may be al- lowed. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently oppose the bail appli- cation and submitted the factual report, the same is taken on record. 4. Heard and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the above facts, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. 6. Accordingly, this bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Pushpen- dra Kumar S/o Gopalram in connection with FIR No.133/2024 registered at Police Station Baswa, District Dausa, shall be en- larged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfac- tion of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so.
