Vide order dated 10.03.2023 passed in AP No.19/2019 by this Court, Mr. Kiker Singh Parihar, (Retired District Judge) has been appointed as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties in this case. 2. Now, the applicant has filed this application u/s 29A(5) of the Jammu & Kashmir Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1997 for seeking extension of time by six months for completion of the Arbitral proceedings and passing of Award by the learned Arbitrator. 3. Annexure-I of the application, perusal whereof, would show that the proceedings were adjourned by the arbitrator in view of adjournment sought by the parties. 4. On examination of the application coupled with submissions made by Mr. Anil Sethi, learned counsel, this application is allowed and the arbitrator is Sr. No. 14 2 Arb P No. 15/2025 given further three months’ time from the date of filing of this application to conclude the proceedings and pass the final award.
