Ali, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri K. Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. Sri K. Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Tahsildar Mandal, dated 18.01.2025 along with several material documents which are as follows: a) Proceedings of the Special Chief Secretary to Government (FAC); b) Proceedings of the Collector, Guntur to the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, dated 21.06.2024; and, c) Proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, dated 04.07.2019. Copies of it are supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. The same is taken on record. 3. After sifting through the Written Instructions, the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner is of the considered view that certain other Authorities will also have to be made as parties and the pleadings also would have to be changed accordingly. 4. In this view of the matter, the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner seeks to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition. 5. Having considered these facts and circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Writ Petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as indicated above. No order as to costs. 3 7.
