COMMON ORDER These matters were already referred for mediation. During the mediation, the petitioner and the defacto complainants agreed to a settlement. However, it was subsequently brought to notice that the petitioner had not cheated only the defacto complainants, but had also defrauded several other victims. The petitioner allegedly committed the offence in a unique and sophisticated manner by creating cryptocurrencies and dealing in them as well.
