NARASIMHULU, AGED 53 YEARS, WORKING AS OFFICE SUBORDINATE, RECEIPTION SECTION IN AEO (R-L) TIRUMALA, R/0' D.NO.5-106,NGO COLONY, PUTTUR TOWN TIRUPATI DISTRICT ...PETITIONER AND 1.TIRUMALA TIRUPATI DEVASTHANAMS, REP. BY ITS EXECUTIVE OFFICER, ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDINGS, TIRUPATI 2.THE GENERAL MANAGER, TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT TIRUPATI TTD, 3.ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE OFFICER RL, RECEPTION SECTION, TTD, TIRUMALA ...RESPONDENT(S): Counsel for the Petitioner: 1.V ESWARAIAH CHOWDARY Counsel for the Respondent(S): 1. The Court made the following: \a ORDER: 1. Heard arguments of Sri V.Eswaraiah Chowdary, learned counsel for writ petitioner and Sri C.Srinivasa Babu, learned Standing Counsel for respondents. Limited grievance in this writ petition is that petitioner’s representation dated 09.05.2025 is not being considered by respondent No.1. Petitioner 2. stated to have been appointed as driver initially in the year 1997 and later his services were regularized on 01.02.2000. However, due to the accident occurred on 16.11.2011, he lost right eye sight. Therefore, he was declared to be unfit for discharging the duties as driver. He was later provided with alternative post which is lower in the cadre as office sub-ordinate in reception. Petitioner claims that the present post was lower in cadre and pay scale was also less than what he was earning earlier in his initial post as driver. Therefore, he submitted a representation dated 09.05.2025 requesting to consider aforesaid aspect which is pending for consideration. Learned counsel submits that it would suffice to direct respondent No.1 to consider and pass appropriate orders on aforesaid representation dated 09.05.2025. 3. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for respondents submits that the request of petitioner will be considered in accordance with the law. 5. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of at admission stage without expressing any opinion on merits and with the consent of both the counsels by directing respondent No.1 to consider and pass appropriate orders by considering the petitioner’s representation dated 09.05.2025 strictly in accordance with the law within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any, shall stand closed. Sd/- N. NAGAMMA ASSISTANT REGISTRAR ■to^FFICER //TRUE COPY// SEC To, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, Administrative 1.
