Vidhyawati on 11.12.2008, challenging the order dated 10.07.2008, whereby and whereunder her services on the post of Teacher Grade-III were terminated on the ground of finding her degree of Diploma in Junior Basic Teacher’s Training (JBTT) (for Elementary Education) as forged. 2. As per record, petitioner has passed away during course of the writ petition way back in the year 2021 and despite granting opportunities to the counsel for the petitioner, none of the legal representatives of the petitioner have moved an application for seeking substitution. 3. In that view of the matter, the writ petition filed on behalf of the petitioner, who is dead now, does not survive and same is hereby dismissed. 4.
