The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jugsalai P.S. Case No. 21 of 2025 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 21, 22, 27(a), 28, 29 & 30 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Jamshedpur. 3. On 27.02.2025 at about 2:40 p.m., Jugsalai Police on the basis of confidential information apprehended several accused persons from Parvati Ghat near Kharkai river. On search, 143 grams of brown sugar were recovered from the joint possession of the accused persons. 4. It was submitted that petitioner was not arrested at the spot and his name has come in the confession of co-accused persons. It was further submitted that the co-accused persons, who were apprehended, have been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Jamshedpur, in connection with Jugsalai P.S.
