ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the actions of the 2nd and 3rd Respondents in repeatedly calling the petitioners to their respective police stations and harassing them by making them wait the entire day in the police stations without any crime being registered against them and without following due process of law as arbitrary, illegal, high handed, violative of the Principles of Natural Justice and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India, and to consequently direct the Respondents 2 and 3 to not call the petitioners to their respective police stations without following due process of law and to pass.…”
2. Heard Sri G.Sai Narayana Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the grievance of the petitioners is that the respondent police are calling the petitioners to the police station without there being any crime registered against them.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents would submit that in the light of the interim Order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2021 dated 09.09.2021, the respondent-police are not calling the petitioners to the police station, since no crime has been registered against them.

5. Considering the submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to call the petitioners to the police station in absence of any crime registered against the petitioners, except by following the due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
