Therefore, the relief claimed by the petitioners cannot be granted. It is, however, open to the petitioners to raise objections before the Tahsildar and all such objections are required to be considered by the Tahsildar before a decision is taken. 4. With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of without notice to the private respondents. No costs. W.M.P.(MD) No. 27116 of 2025 is allowed.
