JUSTICE SUDESH BANSAL Order 04/07/2025 1. A common order passed by the Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions Tribunal, Jaipur, dated 22.06.2017, deciding various appeals filed by individual respondents- employees, is under challenge by and on behalf of petitioners [2025:RJ-JP:24693] (2 of 2) [CW-8445/2018] including the Director, College Education, Rajasthan and the State of Rajasthan. 2. A perusal of order dated 22.06.2017 passed by the Tribunal, prima facie, goes to show that while issuing directions to pay the ACP and to revise pay scale, the amount has been directed to be paid by the Educational Institution and the State Government has been directed to ensure the compliance of the order. 3. It has been apprised that as on date, no execution of the or- der by the respondents-employees have been filed against the pe- titioners. 4. In that view of the matter, petitioners may not be said to be aggrieved by the impugned judgment and the writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. 5. However, petitioners would be at liberty to assail the order impugned or any other consequential order in furtherance thereto, if respondents-employees initiate execution against petitioners.
