PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: JUDGMENT: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, who submitted that the learned Judge, Family Court, Vijayawada, disposed of the main Maintenance Case in M.C.No.81 of 2012 itself on 17.06.2014 directing the petitioner herein to pay monthly allowance of Rs.3,500/- each to the respondents 2 and 3. 2. This Criminal Revision Case was filed challenging the order dated 12.12.2013 in Crl.M.P.No.105 of 2013 in M.C.No.81 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, granting interim maintenance to the petitioners 1 to 3. 3. In view of the disposal of main Maintenance Case i.e., M.C.No.81 of 2012 on 17.06.2014 by the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, the present Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous. The petitioner shall challenge the order passed in M.C.No.81 of 2012, if so advised, before the competent Court. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
