HON'BLE PRAVEEN KUMAR GIRI, J.
1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.
2. In the present writ petition following substantial prayer has been made by the petitioner:-
"(a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to ensure payment of amount due to be paid to the petitioner for supply of items under supply order dated 27.06.2018 issued by respondent no.4 within reasonable period as this Hon'ble Court may specify;"

The Petitioner contends that despite providing supply order and bills to respondents whenever they are sought for, a sum of Rs.3,30,520/- remains unpaid even after numerous representations to respondent authorities, and completing all formalities, the delay in payment is unjustified, attributing it to harassment and oblique motives by the authorities.
