1. The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.15 dated 19.01.2025 registered under Sections 376, 120-B & 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Women Police Station, Karnal.
2. Status report by way of an affidavit Ms. Meena Kumari, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Women Safety, Karnal, on behalf of the respondent-State, has been filed in the Registry which is taken on record.
3. In para 8 of the status report, it has been submitted that the intimation with regard to the pendency of the present petition has been given to the complainant, however, no one is present on behalf of the complainant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 06.02.2025 passed by this Court, the Vinod Kothiyal 2025.05.06 17:16 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
CRM-M-7126-2025 -2- petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation.
5. Learned State counsel, on instructions, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further investigation.
6. In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim relief granted to the petitioner vide order dated 06.02.2025 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C./482(2) of BNSS, 2023. 06.05.2025
