Case No. 163 of 2024 / S.Tr. No. 832 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of killing the deceased by strangulating him and they are daughter-in-law and son of the deceased. 4. The petitioner no. 1 is in custody since 26.06.2024 and the petitioner no. 2 is in custody since 27.06.2024. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12299 of 2025(3) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 5. Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioners, this application is allowed. 6.
