The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Session Trial No. 48 of 2025 (State vs. Imtiyaj Ahmad and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 234 of 2024, under Sections 307, 323, 504, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station Dudhara, District Sant Kabir Nagar, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Sant Kabir Nagar. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
