The petitioners have been made an accused in connection with Pakur (Muffasil) P.S. Case no. 223 of 2024 for the offences registered under Section 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 303(2), 352, 3(5) & 103(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Pakur. 3. On 29.10.2024 at about 03:30 PM, co-accused Rahul Shekh @ Rahul Sk. is alleged to have given a single lathi blow on the head of the father of the informant due to which he succumbed to his injuries. 4. Learned lawyer appearing for the petitioner submitted that there is no specific allegation of assault against these petitioners. It was further submitted that co-accused Rahul Shekh @ Rahul Sk. has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 904/2025. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Pakur in connection with Pakur (Muffasil) P.S.
