Case No. 51 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 310(4), 310(5), 111 (2)(b), 111(3) & 111(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 25(1-B)(a), 26 & 35 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Adnan. Aqueeb, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 3. During the intervening period of 06/07.06.2025 at about 11.30 P.M., petitioner along with co-accused persons were apprehended from a place near boundary wall of Electric Tower on Neeldih-Dalma Road. A pistol and two live cartridges are alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. Criminal antecedent of the petitioner, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that petitioner is accused in as many as nine cases of serious nature. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
