[3] It is submitted that the proposed respondent Nos. 4 & 5 are the new incumbents and they are necessary parties for disposing the contempt petition. [4] This Court has perused the application and satisfied that the proposed respondent Nos. 4 & 5 are necessary parties. Accordingly, the application is allowed.
