This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in suspending the petitioner from service vide proc. No. P3/474 (01)/2018-VNK, Dt 24-3-2018, and issuing charge sheet, is illegal, high handed action, unjust and arbitrary, contrary to the Regulations, Contrary to circulars, without jurisdiction and as such liable to be set aside in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders…...”

2. Heard Smt.Santhi Sree Vallabhaneni, learned counsel representing Smt. G.Jhansi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Venkateswarlu Sanisetty, learned Standing Counsel for APSRTC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the light of the interim orders passed by this Court, the petitioner was reinstated into service by revoking the suspension against her.
4. Learned Standing Counsel for APSRTC would submit that the petition may be disposed of as the petitioner is continuing in service.
5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
