The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hirodih P.S. Case No. 31/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1)/3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Shree Priya, learned J.M., Giridih. 3. On 06.03.2025, wife of the Informant committed suicide. Informant has alleged that this petitioner and one Sudhir Mandal used to threaten the deceased as she did not acquiesce to their pressure to sleep with other men. She refused to do so and committed suicide. 4. It was submitted that deceased before committing suicide has recorded her own statement in her mobile phone, in which she has not stated against the accused persons. 5. It appears that co-accused Sudhir Mandal has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 4597/2025. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Shree Priya, learned J.M., Giridih or her successor in connection with Hirodih P.S.
