On perusal of the impugned order, it is recorded therein that “Gyj;jpy; vy;iyfs;/chpik njhlh;ghd gpur;rid cs;sJ”. No further particulars are contained as to the nature of the boundary or title dispute or whether both problems exist with regard to the relevant survey numbers. Being unreasoned, the order cannot be sustained and is hereby set aside. As a corollary, the matter is remanded for reconsideration by the Tahsildar. After providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and any other person concerned, a speaking order shall be issued within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
