The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No.62 of 2025, for offence registered under section 272, 274, 275k, 292, 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and section 47(a)(f) of Jharkhand Excise Act, pending in court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that allegation is made of storing mahua liquor however mahua liquor was recovered from possession of Sunil Yadav and Ramu Yadav and name of the petitioners has come on secret information and in identical situation coaccused has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.2917 of 2025.
4. Learned State counsel opposes the prayer and submits that allegation is made of keeping mahua liquor.
5. Considering that mahua liquor was recovered from possession of Sunil Yadav and Ramu Yadav and in identical situation coaccused has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.2917 of 2025, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma, in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No.62 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
