The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jamtara P.S. Case No.70 of 2025, for offence registered under section 275 of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 13 and due to family function liquor was kept in the house. He submits that quantity of liquor is very less. 4. Learned State counsel opposes the prayer and submits that from house of petitioner said liquor was recovered. 5. In view of above and considering that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and the learned court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions as learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
