Lianhrima, learned Senior counsel assisted by Ms. Ruth Lalruatfeli, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to file afresh. Mr. B. Lalramenga, learned counsel for respondent No. 5 and Mr. Benjamin Lalthlamuana, learned Govt. Advocate for respondents Nos. 1-4 have no objection to the prayer. Mr. L.H. Lianhrima further submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the original certified copy of the order impugned in the Revision Petition i.e. Judgment & Order dated 08.12.2023 passed by District Judge, Aizawl in RFA No. 7 of 2022. In view of above, the Revision Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court again through appropriate proceedings as may be permissible in law. The petitioner is also permitted to withdraw the certified copy of the Judgment & Order as referred to herein above. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
