The bail was granted. Having considered the contents of the application, this Court finds that in the order dated 18.06.2025, the fact that the offence was triable by Magistrate and the petitioner was in judicial custody since 13.04.2025 has mainly, been considered while granting the bail to the petitioner, still by way of abundant precaution, the fact as alleged in the application is taken on record and should not be regarded as mis-statement or misleading in any manner.
