The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Barhait P.S. Case No. 114 of 2024, registered under sections 314, 316 (4), 318 (4) and 3 (5) of the BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M at Sahibganj. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that false allegations are made that petitioners are agent of the Finance Company namely, Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited. He submits that informant is Branch Manager and he himself has misappropriate the collected money. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegation of misappropriation of collected money is there. 5. Considering that petitioners are agent of the said company and allegations are made of misappropriating the collected money and it has been pointed out that informant who happens to be Branch Manager, himself has misappropriated the money and to save his skin the present case has been lodged and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 11 of the petition, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the above named, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M at Sahibganj, in connection with Barhait P.S. Case No. 114 of 2024, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. ( Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) satyarthi-
