ORDER This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 15426 of 2024 dated 12.09.2024. 2. Initially, this Court imposed a condition restraining the petitioner from using a smartphone. Subsequently, this Court directed the petitioner to file an undertaking affidavit stating that he would not use social media accounts. I submit that, imposing such conditions is against the right to expression and freedom and right to business. I understodd that this Hon'ble Court imposed such conditions as perventive measure due to my inadvertence actions. After the registration of the present case, I realized my mistake and I hearby undertake that in future at any point of time I wound never indulge in such activities. Even after modifying the coniditon to use mobile phone, i wound never use social media again. Unless the conditions imposed is modified i will put into necessary sufferings and harship.” 3. Considering the above, the condition imposed by this Court Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15426 of 2024 dated 12.09.2024 is modified to the effect that “the petitioner is permitted to use the Android phone. However, he is restrained from posting from using social media and from posting any messages which would affect the society”. 4.
