During the course of arguments, when this Court expressed that the points raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner are factual in nature, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this petition. However, the learned counsel would submit that in respect of the same occurrence, the petitioner had also lodged a complaint on 26.10.2025 to the first respondent and that the respondent Police may be directed to consider the same. 3.
