The authorities clarified before this Court that they have nothing to do with the title dispute between the petitioner and the contesting private respondents. It appears that the matter is presently pending before the civil Court. It is for the parties to obtain an appropriate order in the pending civil suit. Granting such liberty to the writ petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of.
