Civil Writ Petition No.5277/2024, which came to be dismissed pursuant to self-operative order dated 9th May 2024. 2. Order of 9th May 2024 reads as under: “Six week’s time is granted to the petitioner to remove the defect/s pointed out by the Registry, failing which the present Civil Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.” 3. As office objections were not cured, petition came to be dismissed. 4. Six weeks period got over on 20th June 2024. This application has been filed on 24th June 2025, one year thereafter. Counsel [2025:RJ-JP:29044-DB] (2 of 2) [WRES-455/2025] makes an oral statement that a formal order was recorded by Registrar (Judicial) only on 24th April 2025. 5. In application for restoration, only reason given “That due to clerical omission, the order could not be complied with…...” 6. According to us, this is no explanation to speak of. 7.
