Heard Mr. Akath Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. Upasana Mehta, Dy. Govt. Advocate for the State/respondents No.1 to 5 as well as Mr. A.N. Pandey, Advocate through VC with Ms. Aakancha Vishwarkam, learned counsel for the respondent No.6. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel Mr. A. N. Pandey, appearing through VC for the respondent No.6 has raised objection that the petitioner is having alternate efficacious remedy against the order challenged in this writ petition. 3. The objection raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner has not been disputed by the counsel for the petitioner and as such, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail alternate efficacious remedy available under the law. He, however, prays for return of certified copies of the documents annexed with writ petition. 4. Since the petitioner is having alternative remedy under the law as decided in WPC No.3123 of 2022 as also in WPC No.5406 of 2025, the petitioner is directed to approach before the concerned 3 authority i.e. the State under the Revenue Book Circular, therefore, in case the petitioner files appropriate revision along with stay application within 15 days before the appropriate authority the State as per Revenue Book Circular, then till the decision on the stay application which is to be decided within further period of 30 days the order of status quo granted by this Court shall remain intact. 5. In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 6.
