In view of the aforesaid submissions, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both the counsels by directing respondent No.3 to consider and application dated 05.06.2025 with pass appropriate orders on petitioner’s regard to the options he exercised subject to the availability of vacancies strictly in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.23 dated 15.05.2025 within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
