Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was Assistant Teacher (Panchayat) from 20-07-2005 to 24-02-2013 and was posted at Government Primary School, Amner, District Raipur and subsequently, he was selected on the regular recruitment process of Shiksha Karmi Grade-1 (Panchayat) and was posted from 25-02-2013 to 28-09-2013 and despite completion of his 08 years’ service, the benefit of revised pay scale has not been extended to her. For which she made a representation on 21-07-2016 and till date the benefit of revised pay scale has not been extended to her, therefore, she filed the present petition.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner in the present petition, it is directed that the petitioner shall move her fresh representation before the respondent No. 2/competent authority within a period of 03 weeks from today, and if such a representation is being filed, the same shall be decided on its own merits in accordance with law within the further period of 04 months from the date of receipt of the representation.
