JUSTICE PRAVEER BHATNAGAR Order 27/08/2025 1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-petitioner. The accused-petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No. 341/2025 registered at Police Station Sadar District Alwar for the offences under Sections 111(2)(b), 112(2), 316(2), 318(4), 319(2) and 61(2) of BNS and Section 66-D of IT Act. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is argued that there is nothing on the record to show that petitioner was found to be involved in organized crime. The accused-petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2025 and the trial of the case may take considerable time. The charge-sheet has already been submitted before the concerned court and there are no criminal antecedents against the (2 of 2) [CRLMB-8211/2025] petitioner, therefore, considering the above facts, the instant bail application of the accused-petitioner may be allowed. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor vehementally opposed the bail application. 4. Heard and perused the material available on the record. 5. Considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner and looking to the fact that petitioner is in custody since long and the trial of the case may take considerable time. The charge-sheet has already been submitted before the concerned court and there are no criminal antecedents against the petitioner, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, I deem it proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail. 6. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Parvez S/o Shri Sube Kha, in connection with FIR No. 341/2025 registered at Police Station Sadar District Alwar shall be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Judge for his appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
