1. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :- (a) for issuance of an appropriate writ/ Rule/Direction particularly a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the Notice dated 16.07.2025 (Annexure-13) fixing the date and time of auction of the property of the petitioner on 07.08.2025 without considering that the next date fixed in the Debt Recovery Tribunal was 07.08.2025; (b) for issuance of an appropriate writ/ Rule/Direction particularly a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the letter contained in Memo No. 296 (ii) dated 12.09.2024 (Annexure-9) alongwith letters appended thereto issued from the office of the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate,

directing
the
Senior Superintendent of Police, Ranchi to take action against the petitioner in pursuance to section 14 (i) - 1 - W.P.C No.4361 of 2025
2025:JHHC:25694 and (ii) of SARFAESI Act, 2002; (c) for issuance of an appropriate writ/ Rule/Direction particularly a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the Notice published by ICICI Bank in the widely circulated Newspaper dated 10.12.2024 (Annexure-10); (d) for issuance of an appropriate writ/ Rule/Direction particularly a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the Notice dated 07.06.2023 (Annexure-5) and the Notice dated 28.11.2023 (Annexure-7); (e) for a further direction to the respondents to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and not to auction sale of the property of the petitioner pertaining to Flat No. A-1, First Floor, Fatma Enclave, Plot No. 02, 03, 04 R.S. Khat No. 32 and 33, Holding No. 240, Ward No. 50, Thana No. 222, Village Kusai, P.S. Doranda, Ranchi Municipal Corporation, District Ranchi, Jharkhand, super built up area 2100 sq. feet and one car parking space on the ground floor with undivided proportionate share of land 435.60 sq. ft till Debts Recovery Tribunal at Ranchi becomes functional taking into consideration that the petitioner is ready and willing to pay the amount due in easy installments.
2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in the pending proceeding before the Debt Recovery Tribunal.

Learned counsel for the other sides have no objection.
4. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition is, hereby disposed of.
5. Pending interlocutory application, if any, stands
disposed of.
