JUSTICE MARLI VANKUNG ORDER Date : 20.06.2025 Heard Mr. TC Zothansanga, learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that he has annexed the wrong documents which is Annexure-4 at page 41 and therefore, it is different from the translated version in Annexure 4A at page 42. He therefore prays that he may be allowed to enclose the correct document. Prayer is allowed. The learned counsel to make necessary correction and thereafter, the correct Annexure-4 is to be also furnished to the learned counsels for the respondents. Mrs. Caroline K. Lungawipuii, learned Government Advocate for the State respondent Nos. 7 & 8 prays that she may be allowed to withdraw the counter- affidavit filed and be allowed to file afresh after receiving the correct documents.
