Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, upon reconsideration, submits that the present writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition for the self same cause of action giving better particulars. 3. In light of the submission made above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4.
