P. -------- 02/ Dated 29.08.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pakur (T) P.S. Case No. 242 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 329(4), 351(2), 109(1), 118(1) & 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Pakur. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No.745/2025, by order dated 30.01.2025, with the liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months. On 24.09.2024, at about 10:00 P.M., the petitioner is alleged to have given a sword blow on the husband of the informant, due to which, he sustained grievous injury on his head. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has remained in custody since 24.10.2024. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Pakur, in connection with Pakur (T) P.S.
