This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the orders of the 2nd respondent in Notice No.2/2018, dated 3.4.2018 whereby surrendering petitioner to the 2nd respondent even without considering petitioner explanation submitted by the petitioner on 4.4.2018 to the show cause notice dated 2.4.2018 received on 3.4.2018 as being illegal, arbitrary and is in total violation of basic cannons of justice as well

principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the same, and pass such other order or orders……”
2. Sri V.Nitesh, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the relief has become infructuous and petition may be disposed of.
3. Learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, appearing for the 1st respondent, is in attendance.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed, since relief has become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
