It is the case of the petitioner that according to the petitioner, the fifth respondent, without any permission from the respondents 1 to 4, is running a shop and sub-leasing other portion of the temple to the respondents 6 to 9. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has sent several representations before the respondents 1 to 4; however, no action was taken. Regarding the same issue, earlier the petitioner filed W.P.(MD) No.32318 of 2025. The same was disposed of on 13.11.2025 with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition impleading the respondents 5 to 9 as parties. Hence, this Writ Petition has been filed. 3.
