On 04.07.2025, learned Government Advocate – cum – Additional Advocate General sought time to file the status report. 3. Today, Mr. Sudesh Saini, learned AGA has submitted the status report dated 14.07.2025 received from the S.H.O. Police [2025:RJ-JP:26106-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-218/2025] Station Mansarovar, Jaipur (South) along with statement of the detenue recorded on 11.07.2025. 4. The report is taken on record. 5. A perusal of the statement of detenue reveals that age of the detenue is more than 18 years. She has deposed that she had solemnized marriage with Shailendra Kumar Rai out of her own free will. She is residing with Shailendra Kumar Rai as husband and wife. She is happy with him and wants to live with him. She has also stated that no untoward incident has happened with her. 6.
