[2] By the present application, the petitioner proposed to implead Hero Finance Corporation Ltd., New Delhi through its Branch Manager, Hero Fin Corp. Ltd., Chingmeirong, Imphal East, Manipur as respondent No. 7 and the Branch Manager, ICICI Lombard, Konjeng Hajari, Airport Road, Opposite Likla Bakery, Sagolband, Imphal Manipur as respondent No. 8. [3] It is submitted that in WP(C) No. 850 of 2025, due to inadvertence, they could not be impleaded as party in the writ petition. However, Hero Fin Corp. Ld. and ICICI Lombard are necessary parties in deciding the issue raised in the connected writ petition. [4] This Court has perused the materials on record and it is apparent that the rejection of the claim of the petitioner is at the instance of Hero Fin Corp. Ltd. and ICICI Lombard. Accordingly, Hero Fin Corp. Ltd and ICICI Lombard, Imphal Branch are impleaded as respondent Nos. 7 & 8 in WP(C) No. 850 of 2025. [5] MC(WP(C) No. 789 of 2025 is disposed of.
