2. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, whereby the petitioner Pankaj Kachari alias Ponkaj Kachari, who is facing trial before the Court of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge (FTC), Dibrugarh in respect of POCSO Case No. 83/2025, has prayed for releasing him on bail.
4. I have gone through the evidence of the victim girl.
5. This Court is of the opinion that the petitioner does not deserve to be released on bail at this stage. Therefore, his bail application is dismissed and stands disposed of accordingly.
