He submits that the Revenue Divisional Officer would issue a speaking order within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the pattadhar. 3. In view of the above submissions of learned Special Government Pleader, it is not necessary to issue notice to the 4th respondent in this writ petition.
