Special Court, POCSO Act, Siaha, in Crl.Trl.No. 93/2021 arising out of LTI case No. 20/2021, convicting the appellant under Section 6 POCSO Act, 2012, and sentencing the appellant to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 20 years with a fine of Rs. 50,000/-, in default of fine to suffer simple imprisonment for 5 months. Mrs. Mary L Khiangte, learned Govt. Advocate submits that she has no objection to the delay being condoned. Accordingly, the delay of 20 days is condoned.
