At the outset Mr. Rishi Chaddha, learned A.G.A., has raised a preliminary objection that this Court vide order dated 04.06.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 9446 of 2024, Rahil Tyagi v. State of U.P. and others, had directed that the applicant shall not be arrested in the aforesaid case crime number till further orders. The said order is still operative. 3. At this stage, Mr. Nafees Ahmad, learned counsel for the applicant, prays for withdrawal of this application. 4. In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. 5. Mr. Mohd.
