The petitioner seeks bail in connection with SC/ST P.S. Case No. 38 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 126, 115(2), 74, 352, 351, 3(5) of the BNS, under Section 3(i)(r)(s) and 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have misbehaved and abused the victim. 4. The petitioner is in jail since 17.11.2024. 5. Considering the period of custody and the facts of the case, this application is allowed. 7.
