Government Advocate for the State respondents and Mrs. I. Lenibala, learned counsel for the applicants in MC(WP(C)) No. 545 of 2025, MC(WP(C)) No. 547 of 2025 and MC(WP(C)) No. 549 of 2025. [2] Ms. I. Lenibala, learned counsel for the applicants in MC(WP(C)) No. 545 of 2025, MC(WP(C)) No. 547 of 2025 and MC(WP(C)) No. 549 of 2025, submits that these are the applications for impleading as respondent No. 6 and respondent No. 5 in the connected writ petitions. It is submitted that the applicant is the subsequent licensee in place of the petitioner and the disposal of the main petition, the applicant will be a necessary party. [3] Mr. Sh. Athoi, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly submits that the applications may be allowed. [4] Mrs. R.K. Emily, learned Dy. Government Advocate for the State respondents, submits that this Court may pass an appropriate order. [5] Accordingly, miscellaneous cases for impleadment are allowed and the applicant is impleaded as respondent No. 6 in WP(C) No. 299 of 2023 and WP(C) No. 54 of 2025 and respondent No. 5 in WP(C) No. 443 of 2023. [6] Registry is directed to make necessary incorporation in the main writ petitions. [7] List the remaining matters on 20-02-2026. [8] Earlier interim order is extended till the next date. [9] Mr. Sh. Athoi, learned counsel for the petitioner, undertakes to furnish copies of the writ petitions to the newly impleaded respondent for doing needful.
