By this petition, the petitioner herein is seeking transfer of the petitioner filed by the respondent Under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1980 against the petitioner titled as Manoj Kumar v. Anu Bhav from the Court of Additional District Judge, Doda to the Principal/Additional Judge, Family Court, Jammu for its disposal under law. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that she is residing at Jammu, which is about 300 kilometers away from the Doda and it is very difficult for her to travel to Doda in order to contest the aforesaid petition filed by the respondent. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent has no objection to the transfer of the case from Doda to Jammu. Serial No.56 2 4. In view of the statement of learned counsel for the respondent, this application is allowed. Petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1980 titled Manoj Kumar v. Anu Bhav is transferred from the files of Additional District Judge, Doda to the files of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jammu for its disposal under law. Additional District Judge, Doda shall transmit the record of the transferred case to the transferee Court forthwith. Parties shall appear before the transferee Court on 5th July, 2025. 5.
