Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for some time submits that petition may be dismissed as not pressed at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the jurisdictional Court and file necessary application seeking regular bail. She submits that considering the nature of allegations and also the offences invoked against the petitioner, the Trial Court may be directed to consider and dispose of the application on the same day. 2. The submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner is placed on record. 3. Petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. In the event, petitioner surrenders before the jurisdictional Court and files necessary application seeking regular bail, the same shall be considered on its merits by the jurisdictional Court and disposed of as expeditiously as possible.
